Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I find my Tracking Number?

The tracking code is printed at the top-right corner of your official SDO Receiving Slip, and begins with the calendar year followed by the division or office code (e.g., 2026-NAG-XXXX or 2026-CID-XXXX).

Can school personnel track School MOOE vouchers and liquidations here?

Yes. Once a school liquidation report or check voucher is delivered to the SDO Naga Cashier or Accounting Section, it is assigned a tracking number that can be monitored live until the approval is completed.

What does "For SDS Approval" status indicate?

This milestone means the technical evaluators in CID or SGOD have already approved the recommendation and the paper is in the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent (OSDS) for final executive signature.

How can internal staff update transmittal movements?

Internal division staff and school heads should use the staff-only DTIS Portal using their assigned DepEd credentials to scan barcodes and route incoming/outgoing items.
